What is included in my registration?

Every registration comes with a Sandler license valid for one year, along with entry to your chosen program. Regardless of whether the program you choose lasts 1 month or 6 months, all licenses are for one year. A one-year license provides:

  • Access to program workbooks, materials, tools, resources, etc. for live sessions.
  • Access to Sandler LMS for asynchronous online training courses, access to Sandler Resource library, and more.
  • Access to our Collaborative Learning Program for optional and self-serve live reinforcement sessions.

What is Sandler's refund/cancellation policy?

All transactions are processed in United States dollars (USD).

Refunds are available only if no Sandler intellectual property (IP) has been accessed through live or asynchronous training. To qualify, requests must be made before the program start date, and the user’s activity will be verified to ensure they have not logged into the Sandler LMS or accessed any IP. Refunds are issued as direct reimbursements and cannot be applied as credits. A refunded registration is considered canceled, with all associated fees returned to the original payment method.

Participants may request a cancellation at any time; however, cancellations do not guarantee a refund. Upon cancellation, the participant will be immediately removed from all Sandler programs and platforms. Refunds are only granted if no Sandler intellectual property (IP) has been accessed through live or asynchronous training, and verification will be conducted to confirm no material has been accessed.
Sandler Systems reserves the right to reschedule training at any time as needed in the event of scheduling conflicts.


Sandler Systems reserves the right to cancel or postpone training programs that do not meet the required minimum number of participants. In such cases, Sandler will contact registered participants directly to offer alternative scheduling options.

Does Sandler have a privacy policy?

To the extent that participants may share data that can contain protected personal information under an applicable data privacy law, IABBB and Sandler represent and warrant that they have adopted security measures, appropriate for any type of data provided and consistent with industry standards, to protect any privacy rights of the data subjects and the security of the data shared, including (a) using commercially reasonably efforts to secure its systems and data against internal 
and external threats and risks; and (b) reviewing and revising security measures, as frequently as reasonably appropriate, to address ongoing threats and risks.

How do I receive my discount code?

The Sandler programs are available at a discounted rate for accredited businesses and BBB organizations. If you do not know your BBB discount code, please email learn@iabbb.org to receive it.
