About the Program
As a Fullsteam partner, you have access to Sandler's Sales Development Series Essentials program. Learn how to successfully handle objections and deal with roadblocks, proactively engage the right players early, and disqualify more decisively for deals that are more likely to close.
The net result is that you'll be able to develop solutions that will resonate better with your prospects and customers. The deals you close will be more strategic - positioning you for accelerated growth.
The Sandler Essentials program is nine sessions (one per week), and also includes access to Sandler Online learning resources for an entire year. Each cohort includes up to 35 participants, allowing you to learn and practice directly with your peers.
Sales Development Series Essentials is for salespeople who:

Jon De Young
Lead Facilitator

Jon is one of Sandler's most highly skilled and versatile facilitators across a network of more than 300 facilitators worldwide. He has been with Sandler since 2022 and is based in Columbus, Georgia. His experience covers hundreds of companies, having trained sales and management teams from small and medium-sized regional companies to large multinational companies across multiple industries. In his spare time, Jon enjoys travelling, reading, spending time with his family, and walking his dog, Albus.
Is attendance mandatory?
- We understand it may not be feasible to attend every session, so we recordings are made available to you so you can catch what you missed. Recordings are only available for 30 days after the session before the expire, and we ask that you do not share the recordings with anyone.
What Sandler materials do I receive with the program?
- Session Content & Materials: Each of the 9 sessions has a corresponding Workbook for you to take notes in, as well as Tools that we encourage you to use and implement in your selling process outside of sessions. These are provided through our online platform, Sandler Online. Additional Sandler resources, such as articles, blogs, podcasts and tons of videos are also available to you in Sandler Online at no cost.
- Online Course: After completing the 9 live sessions, you have access to our Sandler Essentials Certification course in Sandler Online. This will test your knowledge and skills, and upon completing the course, you will earn your Sandler Certification.
- Collaborative Learning: Also after completing the 9 live sessions, you have access to Sandler's Collaborative Learning program. Sandler hosts several 1-hour sessions per week on a range of additional topics. You can register for any that interest you at no cost, and it's a great way to continue learning new Sandler skills as well as sharpen those you have developed in Essentials.
Can I get Sandler Certified?
- Yes! In order to earn your Sandler Certification, you'll complete the our online Sandler Essentials Certification course after attending the live sessions. This course is in our Sandler Online platform, self-paced, and you have access for 1 year. The online course in total takes about 4 hours, and upon completing your Final Exam, you'll be issued your Sandler Certificate that you can download to share with your manager or post on LinkedIn.
