We will explore the art of increasing sales and enhancing client satisfaction through effective up-selling and cross-selling  techniques.  We will delve into several strategies and best practices to help you master the art of up-selling such as understanding customers needs and utilizing self discovery tools.  We will also cover the concept of cross-selling, which involves recommending complimentary products or services to clients.  You will discover how to identify cross-selling opportunities, create recommendations and effectively communicate the value of those additional offerings.
